Official Opening of the Garden of Remembrance
Fri 22 Jul 2022On Monday 18th July, we finally opened our Garden of Remembrance in memory of parents that we have lost over the past few years. Bishop Sophie came to open and bless the garden and Alfie and Thomas planted a tree each in memory of their mums. There are some plaques in the pods in the garden to remember them. The Y6 leavers also planted a tree in the garden. Special thanks to New Leaf Nursery who donated LOTS of plants so we could have a proper garden and pots of flowers. Thank you to Morrisons who provided refreshments for those invited and to Homebase who donated some screens. The Garden looks lovely, so please visit when you can.
In memory of Tamsin Auckland, Alison Dean, Elizabeth Woolhouse and Jann Lesley Evans.
