Putting relationships first.

Our school ethos promotes strong relationships between staff, children and their parents/carers. It also relies on creating a positive school culture and climate that fosters connection, inclusion, respect and value for all members of the school community.

Racist behaviour and other discriminatory behaviour is unacceptable and damaging to everyone. Our policy applies to all governors, staff, pupils, parents and visitors to the school, including all contractors. We will not tolerate such behaviour at Norton Free C of E Primary School and any racial incidents will be taken very seriously.
