Chebonet School - Kenya

Our contact with Chebonet School (Becky Lynne) visited Kenya recently and took with her hats and purses donated by one of our grandparents for Chebonet School. The hats and purses were donated to a local hospital. The pencil cases provided by Louise Ramsden through the fundraising were handed out to the most improved children in each year group. September 2019 - A huge THANK YOU to Louise Ramsden (mum of Hannah in Y3 and Faye in Y5) who, with the help of other families in school, has raised £150 for Chebonet School in Kenya. Over the school holidays, Louise hired the outdoor pool at Hathersage so that Norton Free parents and children could meet up and swim. They all contributed towards the hire of the pool and the remaining money has been gifted to Chebonet School! All they had to do as go and have a great time outside swimming! Thank you to everyone who went along to have a swim and thank you again to Louise for organising.
