Y6 Football

A fantastic evening of football at Newfield resulted in a third place finish after some highly competitive games. The Y6 boys were a credit to themselves and the school, playing some brilliant football and scoring some cracking goals. All the boys played their part, working together as a team and showing great sportsmanship with all their opponents. (Mundella x2, Birley x2 and Carfield)

At the final whistle, Norton Free had won 2 (1-0 and 2-0), drawn 2 (1-1 and 0-0) and lost 1 (1-3). Well done to all the children who played!
